BRACKENGATE PHASE II

The greater Brackengate industrial precinct is 160-plus hectares in extent and is the last substantial swathe of industrial land available in this area. The first phase comprised 35 ha and is almost fully occupied. The land adjacent to Brackengate phase I has been acquired by a national retail company, which purchased 33 ha for their new distribution centre, and VDMV Property Group bought the remaining 95 ha, which is currently under development. This is set to be a major distribution park and DIY destination.
WILLOW ROAD BUSINESS PARK, STIKLAND

This flagship mini-unit business park is set to change the face of Stikland Industria. Located on Willow Road, the main ring road of Stikland, this development will uplift the area and introduce a new standard in quality and rental levels. Emphasis is placed on building quality, modern design, security and landscaping.

NEW CAESARSTONE, NORTHGATE ESTATE

Finalisation of this development completes VDMV’s long development history in this prime precinct. This 2000 m² development consists of quality DIY retail space situated adjacent to the well-located Builders Warehouse.  Being the last major development in Northgate Estate, it is fitting that it is a testimony to the quality of this highly successful precinct.
