After a competitive bid, VDMV Property Group secured the transaction to build Scania’s new modern workshops and office in the prime transport node of Kraaifontein Industria. These premises are an integral part of our property portfolio and have been since the completion of the building in 2011.



This project commenced in June 2021 and reached practical completion in February 2022. The facility is a total gross lettable area of an estimated 1,876m². It is surrounded by six mini factory units ranging between 170m² to 220m².

The office component accounts for 876m² and the warehouse 1,000m². A modern facility, with bespoke finishes, an access lift, training rooms, gym, manufacturing lab and it boasts a state-of-the-art security system.



Stonewood Business Park was a collaboration between VDMV and Successo Investments. The parties purchased 14 441 m2 of land from the developer. We were desirous to develop a retail feel business park with a bespoke look and feel. The park was developed establishing 3 separate blocks to obtain the optimum circulation. There are 13 units in total totalling 6440 m2 of GLA.

The architecture is a combination of eyebrow slabs, insitu decks and conventional steel detailing. The finishes internally are definitely above average and we pride ourselves with what was achieved. There was a need for good landscaping and some habitable garden space.

The park is completely fenced in with Betafence and there are gates that open between 7 am and 7 pm. After that access will be using remotes. Stonewood Business Park consist of Stonewood 1 and Stonewood 2.
