BUILDERS WAREHOUSE
In December 2024, construction commenced on the new Builders Warehouse at River Quarter, marking the next phase in the ongoing joint venture between VDMV Property Group and Goodfind.
Once completed, the Builders Warehouse will offer a retail space spanning approximately 6,600m². The project aims to achieve EDGE Level 1 certification, demonstrating its commitment to resource efficiency and sustainability, with significant reductions in water and energy consumption.
This new store is planned to open in November 2025.
