Xander obtained a BSc Construction Management degree from the University of Pretoria in 1992. His career to date includes project and development management positions within residential, retail, industrial and commercial fields in South Africa, Namibia and the United Kingdom. His previous position was as regional development manager for the coastal region at Redefine Properties Ltd.
Tyrone Kleinjan
Tyrone spearheads the council regulatory processes pertaining to construction and council applications for new developments.

Tyrone qualified in both Construction Management and Quantity Surveying and spent several years at NMC and Granbuild. Thereafter, he ran his own construction company for 11 years before joining VDMV Property Group. Tyrone spearheads the council regulatory processes pertaining to construction, and council applications for new developments. He also acts as the interface on all levels on the new projects development side of VDMV Property Group.
Paul Stevens
Paul Stevens joined VDMV Property Group in 2022, adding his substantial experience with both project and development management to VDMV’s extensive range of competencies in property development.

As a fully qualified professional quantity surveyor, Paul has always been intrigued with property development. After six years as a professional quantity surveyor, he moved to a Cape Town-based property development company, mainly focusing on upmarket residential developments along the Platinum Mile of the Atlantic Seaboard. Thereafter he took the position of development / project manager at JT Ross Property Group, where he facilitated numerous warehouse and office developments along the R21 in the highly successful Plumbago Business Park in Johannesburg.

Cherise is an admitted attorney and conveyancer whose role sits at the intersection of law, governance and real estate.

Nadia is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and Executive MBA graduate with over 18 years of experience in consulting, governance, risk advisory, and executive leadership.
