  1. These terms and conditions apply to all emails sent from the email address of the VDMV Group and which are sent from the @vdmv.co.za email address. The VDMV Group consists of various companies and are hereinafter simply referred to as “VDMV” or “us”.

VDMV, its directors, employees and/or consultants, shall not be liable to anyone, whether in contract, delict or otherwise, in connection with or arising from this email or its attachments (if any), unless this is specifically provided for in an agreement concluded by us with the intended recipient of the email.
  3. This email and its attachments (if any) are subject to this email disclaimer, the Privacy Notice of VDMV as displayed on www.vdmv.co.za, and the terms of any agreement that may exist between us and the intended recipient of the email.
  4. This email communication and any accompanying attachment(s) (if any) may contain confidential, private and/or copyrighted information. If you are not the addressee(s) indicated in this message or responsible for delivery of the message to the addressee(s), do not copy or deliver this message or the attachments to any other person including the intended recipient.   5. The emails of VDMV are deemed to have been sent as soon as they are reflected in our service provider’s mail server logs and, in turn, are deemed to be received once we have either sent a delivery receipt or confirmed receipt by way of email.

VDMV takes all reasonable steps to ensure that their email communications are free from destructive code (such as viruses) but cannot guarantee this and shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise due to the presence of destructive code in the email. Please inform us as soon as possible at info@vdmv.co.za should you become aware of any destructive code that originated from an e-mail.
